“Decima Fest” si svolgerà a settembre 2021
nel parco di Via Camillo Sabatini
e prevede giorni di musica, cinema e socialità
nello storico quartiere di Roma Sud.
Una delle tante serate sarà dedicata alla proiezione dei corti selezionati,
che verranno visti e votati dal pubblico, decretando un vincitore a fine serata.
Ci sarà inoltre un secondo premio assegnato dalla giuria.
L’intento del festival “Decima Short Film Fest” è quello di dare spazio a registi con grande volontà creatrice, senza il bisogno di grandi budget o grandi mezzi.
Short film festival organized during the “Decima Fest”.
The event will take place in September 2021 and will include days of music, cinema and socializing in the historic district of South Rome.
One of the many evenings will be dedicated to the screening of the selected shorts, which will be seen and voted by the public, decreeing a winner at the end of the evening.
The second prize will be given by the jury.
The intention of the festival is to give space to directors with great creative will, without the need for large budgets or big means.
Premi e riconoscimenti (Awards and prizes)
- Premio del pubblico (decretato a fine serata dai votanti):
€ 200 oppure la possibilità di lavorare come assistente sul set del film di prossima produzione “Golia” di Rhapsodia Film prevista per Novembre 2021. - Premio della giuria (assegnato da studenti di cinema e filmakers):
€ 150 oppure la possibilità di usufruire dei seguenti servizi:
Traduzione, adattamento e sottotitolatura del corto in inglese o in italiano, oppure doppiaggio professionale di massimo 2 voci del corto in italiano (o solo voce narrante), presso gli studi di “Thalia Group”. - Audience Award (declared at the end of the evening by the voters):
€ 200 or the opportunity to work as an assistant on the set of the forthcoming film “Goliath” by Rhapsodia Film scheduled for November 2021. - Jury Prize (awarded by film students and filmmakers):
€ 150 or the opportunity to use the following services:
Translation, adaptation and subtitling of the short in English or Italian, or professional dubbing of up to 2 voices of the short in Italian (or only the narrating voice) at “Thalia Group” studies.Regole e termini (Rules and Terms)

Le tasse di iscrizione non sono rimborsabili.
Sono ammessi cortometraggi nazionali, internazionali che non superino la durata di 15 minuti.
Tutti i cortometraggi in lingua diversa dall’Italiano devono essere sottotitolati in Italiano per essere considerati dal festival.
In caso di selezione verrà richiesta una copia ufficiale del cortometraggio in alta risoluzione (Apple ProRes; H264; .mov);
Qualora selezionati per la proiezione ufficiale i cortometraggi non potranno essere ritirati dalla propria categoria di riferimento.
I dati forniti agli organizzatori del festival saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per scopi organizzativi ed operativi del festival. Pertanto l’organizzazione, si riserva il diritto di utilizzare i dati forniti dai partecipanti per le comunicazioni organizzative inerenti il festival.
The participation fee is € 10.
Fees are non-refundable.
National and international short films that do not exceed 15 minutes are allowed.
All short films in a language other than Italian must be subtitled in Italian to be considered by the festival.
In case of selection, an official copy of the short film in high resolution will be requested (Apple ProRes; H264; .mov);
If selected for the official screening, the short films cannot be withdrawn from their own category of reference.
The data provided to the festival organizers will be used exclusively for the organizational and operational purposes of the festival. Therefore, the organization reserves the right to use the data provided by the participants for organizational communications relating to the festival.
